Domaine Coussergues
A former royal estate between Béziers and Montpelier, a mere 10 km from the sea, Coussergues has been owned by the Sarret family since 1495. The estate is run by Philippe and Arnould de Bertier, sons of Paule, the last of the Sarrets. They have poured cash into the property in order to produce smaller quantities of better wine.
