Jean-Marc Pillot
Jean-Marc has taken over from his father Jean now and is installed in a modern purpose built cellar and cuverie just off the RN6. He is a charming, lively fellow.
Old man Jean is ordered around the place a bit like a lackey; there is no doubt who is boss. Jean-Marc knows what he is doing (he is a trained oenologue) and it shows in these truly rewarding wines. There is no filtration here. The wines are big, rich and opulent and can be enjoyed relatively young. They pack a punch.
