Paul Cluver
Paul Cluver is situated in Walker Bay, on the Elgin Plateau, east of Stellenbosch. The grapes are grown on the De Rust Estate, which is the oldest and largest in the area.  Grapes were first planted in the mid 1980's, the area having been identified as a potentially great cool climate area. Neurosurgeon Dr Paul Cluver heads up the team of three generations of his family, dedicated to making had crafted quality wines.
