| Blind Tastings make excellent team-building events. We prepare professional tasting notes for a selection of wines which are tasted blind in small teams, the challenge being to put the right wine with the right tasting note. These evenings are always great fun, educational and very successful – the element of competition mixed with excellent wine, food and atmosphere never fails to find colleagues working well together.
