Rustenberg
A standard setter for quality wine from South Africa, producing world class
wines. Just over 100ha are planted, mainly with red varieties on the rich
granitic southern slopes of the Simonsberg mountains, as well as the cooler
Nooitgedacht vineyards on the Helderberg. The Brampton wines are more fruit
driven in style. The Peter Barlow was considered by Robert Parker as the
finest red he has tried from South Africa. |
