Sylvain Cathiard
This domaine has come out of
nowhere. Sylvain's father finally retired in 94 and giving him the freedom
to modernise and improve. Contrary
to Clive Coates’s book ‘Côte d’Or’, these wines are not vinified at Moillard,
but are rented from that domaine on a métayage basis. The
wines are grown, picked and vinified by Monsieur Cathiard.
